CASS certifying is needed to take advantage of the cheaper Automation rates. (Barcoding) 

You can buy software to do this from a gamut of places however it will cost a lot, and if your list is small and you just want to CASS it and do the work yourself, I can help. I will CASS certify your list for a small cost of 3 cents per name - $40 minimum which covers up to 1500 names(or email for a quote, just know how many names your list has).  What you get is, You list CASS certified, the paper work you need to take to the post office which includes, Postage Statement, CASS cert, Summary Report and Tray labels.  Once your list is CASS certified it is good for 3 months.  (US Post Office regulations)  You can mail it AS MANY TIMES as you like during that 3 months, So make sure to make copies of the paper work I send you.  After 3 months, it has to be re certified to keep up with Postal changes. Your list will be in Presort Order for the post office so do not re-sort it, just print out as I give it to you.

How it works:

1. You email me your list in Excel form or Comma delimited Form.

2. I will send you an invoice thru Paypal so you can pay for list or send Money Order

3. Once payment has arrived your list will be emailed back to you in corrected state. You may get 2 list back. Usually there are incorrect addresses that cannot be mailed so I will email those back to you in separate file so you can take a look.

4. With regular mail,  I will mail the Postage Statement, CASS cert, Summary Report, Tray label - (if you need them in hurry can fax them to you but will still send copies in mail)
